POOL KEY INFO

Homeowners, you will have the opportunity to re-activate or purchase a new pool card on March 2, 16 and 30 from 1-4 PM.

Your key that you currently have will NOT work if you do not get it reactivated on one of these days. We have completely cleaned out the system and are starting fresh for the up coming swim season.

REQUIREMENTS FOR KEY RENEWAL:
1. License with your name and current resident address
2. Homeowner dues current

FOUR-WHEELER/ATV damage on turf

There has been some damage along the perimeter fence line on the turf from a four-wheeler/ATV/Golf Cart.
Please, please, please DO NOT drive your four-wheelers/ATV's on the turf. We as a neighborhood pay a lot a money for a landscaper to make things look nice.
Our landscaper has actually contacted me(Nichole) and has made me aware that the four-wheelers have done a lot of serious damage. And there really is nothing he can do to fix it without an extra charge.

If anyone sees this mysterious four-wheeler on our turf, please ask them to stop doing it or follow them home, get an address and contact an HOA Board member. We will then take care of it. If it keeps happening, we will have to fine them for property damage.

Pool Gate Cards Update

We have great news with the pool gate cards! We finally have the system up and running again to where we can program cards! (Thank you to a homeowner who has spent a lot of time to get the system working!) This year we are really cracking down on who can access the pool!! :)

For Future Reference:

We, as a board, will be meeting at the pool gate area 3 consecutive Saturdays in a month (we have not yet decided which month) so we can reprogram your pool gate cards. If you do not show up on one of the three Saturday's you will NOT have access to the pool with the key you currently have. We are cleaning up the system so it is current and up to date with each home owner.
You will need to bring your pool gate key as well as some identification with your name and address on it(e.g. drivers license) .
If you do not have a pool gate card, you can purchase one on one of the three Saturday's for $25.

We will keep you informed of when this event will happen!
