Attempted Burglary at 119 Wells Court

Twice in the past week someone has attempted to burglarize the Jennings residence. First, Tuesday 16th about 4:00PM and again on Sunday 21st about 11:00PM. The homeowners' alarm notified him of the first attempt and then his dog and alarm notified him of the second attempt. The Madison County Sheriff's department has been notified in both instances. Please keep a look out for suspicious vehicles and people.

Pool Closing

The pool has been shut down for the 2014 season. Please be aware that all homeowner keys have been deactivated, and those accounts that are up to date will be re-activated before the 2015 season.

Lost Sunday evening on Fairchild Cove, Bradshaw Crossing or Greer Court. Gold metal frame eye glasses with a distance prescription. These glasses have a pair of clip-on sunglasses attached.

Quarterly POA Meeting

Attention ALL Bradshaw Ridge residents. We will have an open forum neighborhood meeting, Tuesday, June 17th at 6pm at the clubhouse. The board of directors will be there, so it's a perfect time to ask questions and find out what is going on your neighborhood and meet some more of your neighbors.

Vandalism

We had an unwelcome visit early Thursday morning. Someone damaged the men's restroom at our pool house. We have filed a report with the Sheriff's office and our insurance company has been notified. Please be patient while the repairs are scheduled and completed. The door to the women's restroom was not damaged by vandals, it was broken by the wind blowing it open.

Please remember, the pool hours are from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

Nope, It's not an April Fool's day prank. Today is the first day of the 2014 pool season, April 1st through November 1st 2014. Please enjoy your time at the pool, be safe and respect others.

It's Spring Cleanup Time

Now that it's time to trim your roses and bushes, here is the link to the Madison County Solid Waste / Recycling website.

Yard trimming will need to be bagged. Branches should be cut into a manageable size for pickup.

Do not burn your branches or trimmings. The common area is NOT a dump for your yard waste.
